Just closed d2 deal 120k bbls (small) - ACCEPTING more LOIs. Alot of you are not even ready to make this step. If you are serious Buyer Representative and "READY-TO-GO" contact me.

If you are too poor to have your own corporation or Ltd/LLC, sorry.
- step 1) we require buyer's MANDATE to give his/her own business registration/certificate.
- step 2) we look you up to verify that YOU (the mandate) are in business.

If you are NOT IN BUSINESS, you CANNOT CLOSE A DEAL (period.)
