Our Sellers have 47,000 MT of verifiable FLCO on Lagos Outside Bar for immediate sale.

Our procedure is as follows:

1. Buyer and seller sign and seal the SPA and deposit in their various Banks

2. Buyer releases complete valid details

3. Seller issues NOR to buyer as POP

4. Buyer's Vessel Master responds to the NOR with ETA/READINESS and Buyer places a BG as Instrument for the loaded vessel to sail and berth alongside buyer’s vessel at agreed position

4. Seller's Vessel Master sails and berths alongside with Buyer’s vessel

5. Buyer’s Inspectors conduct Q & Q analysis on the loaded vessel; confirm and release their report to Buyer and Seller simultaneously; and Buyer effects immediate payment of applicable security fee of $350,000 which shall be deductible at source from total cargo value

6. Upon Q & Q and documents, payment through MT103 (less $350,000 security fee) is made within 72 hours

7. Seller confirms the payment and releases hard copies of all shipping documents in Buyer’s name to the Buyer

8. Buyer's vessel sails to port of discharge
