My Buyer has a couple of super cargos on the ground in Lagos and Port Harcourt, looking to board TTO's in the Triangle. He requires a satisfactory Q&Q in Cotonou waters, BEFORE he offers the buyers financial instruments. He offers an LC which is redeemed by payment via MT103.23 He also offers inspection in Nigerian waters at the Terminal; placement of the instrument at the Terminal; and, payment on the instrument is released when the VLCC is in international waters. If you have a freshly loaded vessel I think we can make a deal. Can you set up a conference call with the End Seller? I deal directly with the End Buyer and I would like to put them both on a conference to make this deal. He is looking for TTO 2x2million per for a total of 4 million per month at $9/6. Please advise if you can comply with my Buyer's terms.
