Anyone would like to sell any oil off porl limits. My vessels are at East and West OPL.

Require to buy small amount of oil at coordinates 103 and 104, or Singapore waters. Willing to buy all sorts of oil between the range of 5MT to 300 MT...

We pay cash either bank transfer or pay on board pending on quantity once operation completed....
